Rains and flood cause chaos in Dublin

Sustained rainfall and consequent widespread flooding has caused chaos in Dublin, throwing normal life out of gear.

The sustained rainfall caused major roads, houses and even a prominent shopping centre in Dublin going under water and public transport has been disrupted.
